OWORI/BARBIE BATTLE: How Can You Call Me A Bitch – Fashionista Santa Anzo Blasts Long Time Friend Owori Who Abused Her For Supporting Barbie

Published

on

L-R: Owori, Barbie and Santa

It all started with a single post from Barbie Kyagulanyi bragging after robbing shoulders with some of the most respected women in the country (H.E Malac Deborah – American ambassador to uganda, DR. Maggie Kigozi, H.E Stephanie Rivoal – French Ambassador to Uganda), at the first Geopolitics conference organised by the French embassy at Makerere University.

What started as a simple post has turned into a war that is hard to stop because it is fast spreading like a wild fire. The latest culprit is Sylvia Owori’s very good long time friend, and fellow fashion designer Santa Anzo.

The Arapapa boss wrote a message praising Barbie which pissed off Owori.

Santa said, “Barbie, on the 6th of April, 2018 in the dead of night at past 23:00hours, my spirit led me to your Facebook page and l was greatly touched. I was amazed and pleased with what l saw. I immediately put my thoughts in writng and posted them to what l thought was your inbox on messenger. Now l know-sadly, that my note never made it to you. Also, please help tell your fans for me, that indeed l feel and share their pain of the attack on you. It is regrettable to say the least. However, for some of them to turn the heat on to fashion, and shred a credible discipline to pieces is uncalled for. This has nothing to do with FASHION as a profession and career, this attack on you has everything to do with individual character traits. Tearing another woman down has never been fashionable, infact FASHION is a statement, and indeed a testament of women empowerment.”

This rubbed Owori the wrong way and she told her longtime friend to leave issues of generals to generals. Owori did not stop there, she called Santa on phone and insulted her calling her a bitch.

“Oh wow!!! I am incensed!!!! God help me….. one more time-help me with this individual to whom l have always turned the other cheek. And she just kept punching. Sylvia Owori just called me. To insult me for the message l sent to Barbie. and she dared call me a bitch. Do l need to clap back??? Should l? You called me a Bitch??? Really, you have the guts to call me that? Don’t we know the meaning of that word? Should l speak out-17years later?? Shiukd l speak-finally?

Now, l made it a point in my previous post to keep it light and positive. I directed my message at #BarbieItungo, l made it a point to not say nothing negative…not even about Ms. Sylvia Owori, l chose to not mention her name, this has been my divine strategy through the years. Well, lady……first and foremost. Act like the big sister that you ought to be, to all of us. Yes, YOU are the Big sister. Embrace it and act it.

You asked me to leave issues of generals to generals. well act like a general would. Jesus, l am incensed.” the fashion queen said.

No One Attacks The Church And Wins -Pastor Bugembe Warns Ugandans Attacking Him Over ‘Engule’ Song

Musician turned man of God Pastor Wilson Bugembe of the worship house in Nansana has warned a group of Ugandan youths who have launched a campaign on social media bashing him, to stop attacking the church.
Speaking in a press conference held at Mestil hotel in Kampala yesterday, where he unveiled the coming of international gospel artiste Don Moen, who is set to perform at the first ever Kampala Praise Fest to be held at Kololo independence grounds, the youthful pastor told journalists that no one can attack the church and be successful. He advised those attacking the church to instead target the individuals who are in the wrong.
“Young man ,you can attack me left ,right and any other way but leave the church. Never tell any pastor or any man of God to close the churches because they don’t own them ,you may think that you are attacking Bugembe but in actual sense you are attacking a number of people because today Bugembe is here tomorrow he won’t be around but the church will always be here. No man in history has attacked the church and won,” Bugembe told one of the journalist.
Concerning his involvement in ‘Tuliyambale engule’ song, Bugembe said that he never regrets being part of the song. He added that he took part in the song as a mediator in the current political situation in the country and being that Bobi wine is his good friend, there was no reason why he could miss out in the video.
Bugembe appealed to all Ugandans who misunderstood him to know that he is not against the government because the NRM government has done many good things for the born-again faith in the country.

Brutal, Cold And Cowardly Despot Is What You Are – Bobi wine’s Message To Museveni.

Bobiwine in Red and President Museveni in Yellow

Kyadondo East MP Hon. Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu alias Bobiwine has conveyed an emotional message to President Museveni after Police blocked his Boxing day Busabala concert, the Grapevine has learnt.

In a Message post shared by this website, Bobiwine expresses his frustration of blocking his concerts by police even when parliament passed a resolution that okayed his concert since the constitution grants them as legislators to also undertake their professions besides the parliamentary work. Bobiwine stated,” Here is my message to him. through these actions, you are revealing who you truly are a brutal, cold and cowardly despot. You think you are hurting me and my dependents by blocking my sources of income, but you should know that the world is watching. yes, I have done a show every 26th December for the last ten years, but if its one of many sacrifices that I have to make for believing in freedom and Justice so be it! I will assure that your intention to break my resolve through harassment and intimidation will certainly fail. I shall not kneel before you. I will not be cowed by your acts of terror. The forces of Evil may be so fearsome, but they will never win in the end. One day, God being our help, you will shall fall like all the other tyrants who came before you.”
Police earlier today in the day used teargas in its attempt to break up supporters and revelers to musician turned politician at his One Love Beach in Busabala. The beach was to host Bobi Wine’s annual Boxing day concert which has been happening there for the last 10-years and revelers had started trickling in as early as 10 am.
