Kampala Central Police station has issued summons to socialite and blogger Don Zella for leaking her nude pictures and videos on social media.

According to the Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson Luke Oweyesigire, Don Zella the former wife to musician Big Eye has always leaked her naked pictures and videos on her social media platforms. Oweyesigire says that they have tried to talk sense into her but she has failed to change yet she knows that there is a law which is against her acts. He adds that they now need her to answer some questions under the Anti-pornography law.

“Yesterday, we interrogated Judith Heard for about six hours about her leaked nudes and she told us that she was also surprised about the pictures because she was not in the country, she told us that her boyfriend must have linked the pictures because she lost her phone. Yes Judith Heard made a statement and she is reporting back on Friday at CPS, now we want Don Zella,” Luke said.

On why she never reported any case of theft of her laptop to police, Heard, who was with her lawyer James Katono of Nabaale and company advocates told detectives that she was moving out of the country by the time the laptop was stolen.

Police has also warned that they will arrest and prosecute people who are in the habit of leaking nudes on social media platforms.
